Lesson Cancellation Policy

Effective September, 2008, I will be implementing a new cancellation policy. The policy involves three types of cancellations, as follow:

1) If you do not show up for a lesson and neglect to give me advance notice of your absence, you still owe the full rate for that lesson.

2) If you cancel within less than 48 hours, you will be charged the full rate for the lesson. 

3) If you give more than 48 hours notice for a cancellation, you will not be charged for the missed lesson and we will try to find some other time in which to make – up that lesson (make-up time not guaranteed).
